Ways for you to stay safe are:

Stop and think – Is it safe? Is it kind? What is the rule?

REPORT

Speak to a trusted adult at home or in school.

There are lots of trusted adults in school like your teachers, TAs and office staff.

A trusted adult is someone who respects you, listens to you without judgment and will want to help.

REFUSE
Say ‘No!’ when you know something is wrong or makes you feel uncomfortable.

CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH

At Lacock School we want every pupil to feel comfortable to speak about their mental health, no matter how big or how small the issue, and to help end the negative stigma that can surround the topic.
